Marketing Manager Position Opening

Are you a skilled marketing expert specialising in slow craft/sustainable brands/natural dyeing/art/lifestyle or other relevant areas?

We have a freelance position opening for the right candidate on a regular long term basis.

Initially we have 1 day per month (8 hours) and expect this to expand as the role proves beneficial to the business.

Within this time we expect the monthly marketing campaign to be designed and scheduled, to fit in with an annual plan.

Including 1 email newsletter, 1 IG reel per week, 1 IG post per week (IG shared to Facebook). With excellent hashtag strategy and click-through links from emailer to IG/FB.

We have a schedule of monthly goals and themes to work with and much film footage and photography will be provided by us.

We expect applicants to have professional experience in a similar field and to send us a portfolio and/or links to thier current and previous clients, with suitable data to illustrate the performance and engagement of their work on emailers/ instagram/facebook campaigns.

Applicants muct have solid understanding of Instagram and Mailchimp or other emailer scheduling platforms, along with Later.com (or other scheduling app) and scheduling engaging marketing campaigns.

Should be confident in co-creating engaging monthly/seasonal/annual marketing campaigns across Instagram posts, stories, reels, monthly emailer and FB; taking process work photography, editing, copy-writing and scheduling. Plus some IG/FB interactions.

Understanding how to increase and maximise engagement from emails and IG posts, stories and reels is key. And staying up-to-date with how these platforms are changing and evolving, algorythm trends and being able to interpret and respond to our own social media data effectively.

Ideal candidate would be local to Devon, with own transport and able to meet in-person once a month.

Preferance for someone with own camera equipment and skilled at shooting photography/film and editing for social media.
